SWISS SHIPPING

Shipping within Switzerland is free when you reach 250.- on your order.

If your order is below 250.-, a shipping fee of 10.- is added to the order, in order to cover the costs of shipping and partially cover the preparation of the goods, filling of the papers, handover to UPS or to the Swiss Post, etc.

EUROPEAN AND WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Duties, customs charges and VAT during transport (DDP or non-DDP)

For customers located outside of Switzerland, VAT is not displayed. The listed price reflects the original Swiss price with an 8% VAT deduction corresponding to the Swiss VAT.

If you choose a shipping option labeled "DDP", this indicates that Recall Clothing covers the customs duties and VAT for your destination country.

However, if you opt for Swiss Post or UPS (without the "DDP" label), the responsibility for customs duties and VAT lies with the customer. Usually, that means there will be additional costs to cover upon receiving the package, corresponding to the VAT and Custom Duties (they can vary depending on the amount declared, and other factors) of the destination country.

Shipping at Recall Clothing is divided into Tiers, corresponding to the total order value. Each tier is assigned to a particular Zone with its shipping method and price.

If you want to ship to another country, please send an e-mail to contact@recallclothing.com and I will let you know the shipping fee for your country.

Tracking number

All shipments come with a tracking number that will be communicated to you when your order has shipped. There is no possibility to select shipping without tracking for reliability reasons, even if you choose to be responsible for the loss of the package.

RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. The Duties and Custom Charges will be deducted from the store credit if any occurs during the return path. For more information, see the Refund/Exchange policy.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

A delay may occur between a purchase in my physical store in Geneva and its stock update on the online store. If an order is placed and I am out of stock (because a customer already purchased physically the product but the stock didn’t update yet), I will contact you and work out an alternative or refund the payment.
