REFUNDS

Please note that Recall Clothing is a small, independent business, run solely by one person. Therefore, I am unable to offer refunds on any items purchased through my online store or boutique. However, I do accept returns for size exchanges or store credit within the specified time frame.

This policy applies to all purchased products, regardless of their shipment status (already shipped or pending shipment).

Please be aware that there is one exception to this rule: if a product is found to be defective before shipping to the customer, or if it is sold in-store at the same time as an online order and there is only one available item in that particular size/color. Thank you for your understanding.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Although mistakes can happen, I cannot be solely held responsible. Unfortunately, Shopify does not refund their commission to me. Hence, there will be a 3% deduction from the total order price for any cancellation requests made before the order has been shipped.

Example: if you want to cancel your order of 300.- because you made a mistake, you will be refunded 291.-

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Last Call and Sale products

Last Call or Sale items are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund. The sale is considered as "Final Sale".

This rule applies to all items being on sale (tagged "Last Call" or "Sale") even if it's not mentioned in the product description or details.

Exchange/Return eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed: Recall Clothing is not responsible for any defect seen after the first wash of a garment, no matter if you respected or not the washing instructions
- In the original packaging
- Free of wear, wash, damage, odor  or any other condition that would prevent them from being sold as new

Shipping fees in case of an exchange/return

You can either ship it yourself after receiving my return authorisation or I can send you a shipping label. Either way, the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. The duties and custom charges (VAT, etc.) will be deducted from the store credit if any occurs during the return path.

Exemption from exchanges/returns

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

- Leather jacket (see product page for more information)
- Underwear, Socks and swimwear
- Grooming products
- Gift cards
- Last Call / Sale products

Online exchanges

To return any item (see exceptions below), you must contact Recall Clothing within 5 days of receiving the shipment or buying the product in store for return authorization. Return must arrive back at Recall Clothing within 10 days when the return has been accepted.

In Store exchanges

To return a product in store, you don't need a return authorization, but you still must return the product within 5 days of purchase.

Christmas Period (online + in store)

Products bought in store or online for this event are eligible for an exchange or store credit until January 10th of the next year.

Christmas 2022: product bought as a gift from the 12th of December can be returned until January 10th, 2023 (included).

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only as per the original Refund Policy described above.

Return Process for Online Exchanges

1. Obtain return authorization by sending an e-mail to contact@recallclothing.com and mention if you want a different size or store credit.
2. Ship back the items to Recall Clothing. The items must be received back by Recall Clothing within 10 days when the return has been accepted. The customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and any duties during transport, including customs duties will be deducted from your refund. 
3. If you are shipping an item over 75.-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. When we receive back the items, we will check if they have any sign of wear, wash, damage, odor or any other condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. If they don't, we will exchange for the new size (if available) or for store credit.
