Sinker Super Fluffy Knit Double V Sweatshirt in Antique Black (LCS1003)

The Story

The Tompkins Sweat series was unfortunately discontinued due to the craftsman's retirement. However, a Japanese knitting factory in Wakayama utilized a 1970s sinker machine and specialized knowledge to revive this unique fabric with the new LOOP & WEFT Old Sinker Sweat series. While maintaining the fluffy and distinctive texture of the original Tompkins Sweat, the brushed fleece has been improved to overcome the limitations of old knitting machines.

The fabric maintains its shape even after shrinkage and wear, thanks to the beautiful loop structure of the sinker machine. Over time, the sweatshirt will develop a vintage appeal, and you will feel the soft, warm, and comfortable material as soon as you put it on. The classic sweatshirt design features V-shaped sides and skilled four-needle stitching, with V-shaped gussets on both the front and back of the body. The cuffs and hem have thick narrow ribs, while the collar has a vintage "reverse binder" neck design.
