The Story
Perhaps one of the rarest WWII US Navy jackets ever issued. They were only in production for a very short period of time from late 1944 to early 1945.
This particular model is reproduced faithfully by Warehouse. It is an early NAF1168 jacket worn by the aviator of an aircraft carrier and the crew that supports the aircraft. It is interesting to note, that even the crew was wearing this jacket, as it was normally reserved for the pilots. The vintage model was produced in the 1940s as a successor to the 37J1.
